Guests: Our policy is to have every guest enjoy their services in a stress free environment. We understand that everyone has hectic schedules and need some down time. Clients whose children do not have a reservation, we ask that you make other accommodations.

Reservations: Walk-ins are always welcomed if we have the availability. We also offer standing reservations for the client’s convenience that have to have specific days or times due to their schedules.
We suggest you arrive 5 minutes early for salon reservations and arrive 15 minutes early for spa services. Please understand that your service or treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Reservation rescheduling/canceling: We hope you do not have to reschedule or cancel. To avoid charges please allow a 24 hour notice. Spa services require a credit card or gift card in the amount of service to secure the reservation. Canceling a spa reservation less than 24 hours will be charged 50%. No show will result in a 100% charge.

Spa services:
Avoid overexposure to the sun or tanning beds before and after facials/body treatments.

Notify your technician if you are using any prescription skin medications or any medications that increase photo sensitivity or that thins the skin. Waxing is not allowed while using them. (re: Differin gel, Glycolic acids, Accutane, etc.)

Do not schedule waxing during or immediately after your menstrual cycle. Your skin is much more sensitive.

Avoid shaving prior to skin treatments. (See FAQS)

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your Spa reservation to allow for a proper consultation, properly change for spa services and allow your body to start it’s relaxation prior to your services.

Valuables: For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them at home. Lockers are provided for clients who are receiving spa services.  Beau Monde Spalon will not assume any liability for lost or stolen valuables.

Return policy: All refunds & returns will receive a Beau Monde gift card. Make-up & hair brushes are non-refundable.

Gift Cards: Beau Monde gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Privacy policy: All records are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside establishments, individuals, organizations or medical facilities without explicit written consent from the guest (you) or the guest’s legal guardian. Unless legally required by local, state or federal subpoena, summons or other court order.
